For every £1,000 you spend, we'll return £100 in UniKitOut vouchers based on your qualifying spend, for your eligible students.

Terms & Conditions
Who can take part?
Open to UK education-sector organisations (universities, PBSA operators, further education colleges, and student accommodation providers), including existing Gailarde account holders. One redemption per organisation.
Qualifying spend
Minimum spend of £1,000 excluding VAT, applicable to new orders only. Qualifying spend is calculated on the net value of goods only, and excludes VAT, delivery and carriage charges, clearance or sale lines, and any goods supplied under an existing contract, framework or negotiated (special) pricing agreement.
What you receive
£100 in UniKitOut vouchers for every full £1,000 of qualifying spend. Vouchers are issued in whole £1,000 blocks and spend is not pro-rated - voucher value increases only when qualifying spend passes each full £1,000 threshold. For example: £1,000 spend receives £100 in vouchers; £1,500 receives £100; £2,000 receives £200; £4,900 receives £400; £5,000 receives £500. Vouchers are capped at a maximum of £1,000 per organisation.
Key dates
Orders must be placed and confirmed on or before 19 September 2026. Vouchers are issued within 5–10 working days of the qualifying order being invoiced and paid, and must be redeemed by 31 December 2026.
Using the vouchers
Vouchers are redeemable only against UniKitOut products at unikitout.com, subject to UniKitOut's terms and stock availability. They are provided solely for allocation to eligible students - care-experienced, Article 26, estranged students, and those facing financial hardship- and the organisation is responsible for identifying them. Vouchers may not be resold or used for the organisation's own stock or commercial purposes. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, account credit, or a discount on Gailarde goods.
General
This scheme cannot be combined with any other Gailarde offer, discount or promotion. If a qualifying order is cancelled, returned or reduced below the qualifying threshold after vouchers have been issued, Gailarde reserves the right to withdraw the vouchers or invoice for their value. The value of vouchers received may carry tax implications; recipients should take their own advice. Where student details are shared for delivery, personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy. Gailarde reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
