"Are you able to offer Bespoke items?"

"Gailarde Ltd have our own UK factory where we have the ability to manufacture bespoke sizes upon request. This is the perfect option if you have items such as profile beds, air mattresses or require custom made items for your yacht. Please contact us for more information"

"Can you send me a hard copy Brochure?"

"If you would like to be sent a full brochure, please fill out your details on our contact form found on our contact us page."

"Do your prices include VAT?"

"All prices quoted on the website are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added to your order at the checkout page.."

"Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?"

"Please note, all prices shown on our website are list prices based on conservative quantities. For large refurbs or new builds, please contact a member of our sales team and we will be happy to negotiate better prices."

"To what standard are your flame retardant products?"

"Gailarde are specialists in Flame Retardant, Gardtex ®. We supply to a wide range of Hospitals and Care Homes and our FR products are regulated to BS 7175 BS 5867 standards."

"What are your Delivery Costs to outside of UK mainland?"

"Please note that for deliveries to N. Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands / Islands, Scilly Isles and Isle of Wight carriage may be subject to additional charges when an order is placed. A member of our customer services team will contact you to inform you of any further costs once you have placed an order."

"Do you offer Express Delivery?"

"As a manufacturer and importer we normally have a large stock of all our products enabling delivery to be made promptly. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 working days. Some products (bedspreads, mattress toppers, feather products & mattresses) are specially made so will take approx. 10-14 days delivery from receipt of order.."

"What happens if my order arrives damaged?"

"We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of invoice of any shortage or damage to goods. On receipt of goods, customers must only sign for the number of cartons delivered. Otherwise neither carrier nor ourselves can accept responsibility for loss or damage."
